Jake is that kind of protagonist who looks normal at first and then you realize his whole life is basically horny paranormal chaos. Fresh grad, new big city, living with his brother, trying to be a decent guy, except there is literal Lust crawling around in his head and whispering “hey, what if you just… tweak that girl’s brain a little.” The game throws you right into that vibe where half the time you’re flirting on campus or at some shitty coffee place, and the other half you’re staring at some hellish demon with way too many teeth and tentacles, while still thinking “ok but can I fuck it?” You can go soft and romantic, like just dating, cuddling, slow handjob under the blanket, or you just slide full corruption route and start bending people’s minds, turning them into sex toys that smile at you while they swallow. It lets you pick how deep you go into that darkness, and it actually feels like a choice, not some fake menu flavor.
The Lust power is the real pervert engine here. You poke around in people’s heads and the game rewards you with those “Dreams” scenes, like detached little realities where you basically peek out through someone else’s eyes. One moment you’re the brother, jerking off alone because you’re jealous of Jake’s success. Next you’re stuck in a nightmare party where half the guests have glowing eyes and the other half are on their knees, mouths full, moaning stuff they’d never say when awake. Fucking weird in a good way. There’s all sorts of kinks layered in quietly. Group scenes where control slips and now there’s three bodies sweating on top of you, you have no idea whose hand is where, just tongues and wet sounds and someone begging for anal like it’s the only thing keeping them alive. Normal “dating sim” stuff sits right next to “oh cool, demon tentacle is rearranging my inside, guess that’s Tuesday now.” You can build yourself like an RPG nerd too, pumping stats so your mind control hits harder, or so you don’t get your ass kicked when some paranormal freak decides you’re on the menu. Combat’s there, but the real fights feel like they’re inside people’s minds, watching them crack, seeing a sweet shy girl slowly transform into a needy cock-hungry mess because you kept nudging her thoughts in the wrong direction. Also, small thing but it annoyed the shit out of me: the way some scenes cut off right when you want one more thrust, one more frame, like the game is edging you on purpose and then pretending it didn’t. But then you get another scene where Jake is spit-roasting someone with a demon, or waking up sticky after a furry centaur nightmare, or giving sloppy oral in some filthy alley while ghosts watch, and you kinda forgive it without even meaning to.
