Paradise
I keep clicking through this one scene where she's trying on sunglasses at a beach stall and the guy selling them has this absolutely ridiculous mustache, like it's just pasted on his face wrong. The gif stutters a bit, the loop isn't perfect, you can see the seam where it resets. I don't know why I find this so hypnotic. The whole game feels like that, honestly. A bunch of real model photos and gifs that someone clearly shot on a budget, maybe in an actual vacation spot, and the jank is part of the charm. You play this woman who's had the shittiest day, the kind where you feel hollowed out and weirdly aware of your own body in a bad way, so she just fucks off to a tropical place. Forever, apparently.
The sex stuff comes at you fast and the choices are genuinely unhinged sometimes. One minute you're picking out a drink at a bar, the next you're in a hot tub with two people you met five seconds ago and the dialogue options are like "go with it" or "go with it but make eye contact with the bartender." It's a simulator but the sim part is thin, it's really a roleplay delivery system. The humor lands in this accidental way, like the writing is trying to be romantic and erotic but the photo shoots look like someone's vacation pics that got wildly out of hand. There's this one guy, I think he's a scuba instructor, and his expression in every single gif is the exact same slightly confused squint. It kills me.
The female protagonist thing is interesting because the game doesn't really know what to do with her inner life except get her naked. Which, fine. You're not here for deep character work. The vacation setting does a lot of heavy lifting, all sun and sand and questionable tattoos on NPCs. I spent way too long on a minor choice about whether to go snorkeling or stay on the beach, and the snorkeling route led to a scene that was so awkwardly staged I had to close the tab and just stare at my phone for a minute. Not in a bad way. It's like watching a car crash made of horny vacation photos. The replay value is there if you want to see how many different people you can fuck, but honestly the story branches feel like they all lead to the same sweaty conclusion. I forgot what I was saying about the mustache. It really is a terrible mustache.

A Happy Marriage
You ever read a story and think, yeah, that's exactly how a marriage dies? Not with a bang but with a guy jerking off at his desk to a coworker. Jim's that guy. And Jenny, his wife, she's not even mad. She's bored. Five years of routine and she's practically vibrating with the need to feel like her college self again, the one who'd try anything. So when she catches Jim with his pants down, literally, she doesn't scream. She sees an opening. A proposal. And Jim, the idiot, he has to say yes. Game on.
The cg hentai art is deliberately rough around the edges, like a sketch that got colored in before anyone checked the lines. It fits the messy, unpolished feeling of their lives. The choice system isn't about saving the marriage. It's about steering Jenny's reawakening. Do you let her explore the thing with the woman from her past? The game doesn't tiptoe around the cheating tag. It's right there, in the open, as Jenny rediscovers she likes women. A lot. The romantic scenes with another woman have this raw, first-time-since-college energy that the stale marital bed completely lacks. There's a specific moment in a hotel room where the dialogue choices are just about how much eye contact to hold, and it's more intimate than any of the explicit cg.
The wife tag is the whole point, isn't it? She's a wife, but she's also a person who was someone else before. The visual novel format lets you sit in that discomfort. Jim's fantasies about Claire are pathetic, but Jenny's actions are... something else. A betrayal? A liberation? The game forgets to have a morality system, which is probably for the best. It just presents the choices. I got to a scene where Jenny lies to Jim's face about where she's been, and the text just... moves on. No judgment. It felt like the game was saying, well, what did you expect? The lesbian content is central, not a side path, and it's treated with more heat than anything the husband is involved in. There's a fable here about a bird in a cage who finds the door wasn't locked, but then flies into another cage just because the bars are painted a nicer color. Or something. I don't know, I lost the thread.
The one thing that bugged me, and I can't let it go, is the font choice for the internal monologue. It's this slightly cursive thing that's hard to read on a phone screen. Who thought that was a good idea? Anyway, the cheating isn't a spicy add-on. It's the engine. And watching Jenny stop being just a wife is the only plot that matters.

I love Laura
God the way she just stands there in the kitchen, that blonde hair falling over one eye while she pretends to read a magazine. You know she knows. The whole setup in Passion city feels like a fever dream where everyone's just waiting for you to make the wrong move, or maybe the right one, depending on how broken your moral compass is. I spent way too long clicking around the apartment trying to find the stupid massage oil, like the game wanted me to suffer before anything good happened. The 3d models have that glossy Lesson of Passion look where skin shines like polished plastic but somehow it works, especially when the camera lingers on her crossing her legs for the fifth time.
The threesome buildup is genuinely frustrating in a way I couldn't stop engaging with. You're this guy who's supposedly crazy about his girlfriend but every dialogue choice feels like walking a tightrope between "romantic gesture" and "obvious manipulation." I picked what I thought was the sweet option and she called me out immediately, which honestly made me laugh. The quest structure is barebones, just walking around collecting items like some horny errand boy, but the tension ratchets up when you realize how little control you actually have over the outcome. There's this one moment in the bedroom where the lighting hits just right and suddenly the whole thing feels less like a game and more like watching a car crash in slow motion.
I never figured out if the girlfriend was genuinely into the idea or just going along with it, and the game doesn't seem interested in answering that. The sex scenes hit hard when they finally arrive, all breathy moans and awkward positioning that somehow makes it hotter than anything polished. The ending I got left me staring at the screen feeling kind of hollow, which I think was the point. Or maybe I just fucked up the choices. Either way, the city map is too big for how little there is to actually do in it.

My Virgin Bride
This game. My Virgin Bride. Right.
It's a hentai VN about marrying your high school crush so she doesn't get deported. The setup is so transparently a fantasy I almost respect it. She's this perfect, blushing virgin bride type, and you're some "troubled genius" which basically means you're a self-insert with a big brain and probably a bigger... well. The art is that standard CG hentai style, all shiny skin and improbable proportions. Not complaining, you know what you're clicking on.
The choices are where it gets sticky. Do you play the nice guy, actually trying to romance her? Or do you lean into the transactional nature of the whole thing, using her desperation as leverage? There's this one path where you keep pushing the "we're married now" angle to get physical, and the tension is genuinely uncomfortable in a way that works for the fantasy. She's saying no but the situation is forcing her hand, and the game lets you be a real piece of shit about it. The dialogue gets repetitive though, same blushing face, same stuttered protests. I wanted more variety in how she reacts when you're being a manipulative bastard. Sometimes she folds too easily and it breaks the, uh, immersion.
The romance route is... fine. Sweet, even. You learn about her dreams beyond just staying in the country, there's a whole backstory about her family that I've already forgotten half of. The sex scenes are well drawn but the writing during them is pure cheese. "Oh, genius-kun, your big brain is only matched by your..." you get the idea. The virginity fetish is laid on thick, every other line is about how tight or pure she is. It's exactly what the tags promise. No surprises. Which is maybe the problem? It's a competent delivery system for a very specific fantasy, but it never gets weird or dark enough to be truly memorable. Just a quick, dirty little distraction that you'll close and forget about until the next time you're bored at work.

Quickie: Victoria (Public)
I don't know what I expected from a game called Quickie but it wasn't a university pool turning into a crime scene. Or maybe it's not a crime scene. The blonde lifeguard with the ridiculous chest is definitely hiding something and I spent half the playthrough convinced she pushed someone in. She didn't. I think. The whole thing is like three choices long and then suddenly you're in a supply closet with her and there's no build up, no tension, just... wet swimsuit sounds and a lot of heavy breathing.
The art is actually good though. Like, surprisingly good for something that feels like it was made in a weekend. Her eyes follow you in that uncanny way that makes you think the artist spent way too long on the face and then just gave up on the background. The pool tiles are just blue squares. I stared at them for an uncomfortable amount of time while the dialogue looped. There's this one expression she makes, right before the scene kicks off, where her mouth is slightly open and her eyebrows do something weird. Screenshotted it immediately. No idea why. It's not even the hottest frame.
The choices are basically "be normal" or "be a creep" and both lead to the same place which is honestly refreshing. No fake branching. No illusion of consequence. Just a very direct, very short visual novel about a busty blonde who wants to do things in a chlorinated room. The writing is whatever. Serviceable. There's a line about "warming up" that made me laugh out loud because they're literally still wet from the pool. The whole thing is maybe ten minutes long. I played it while waiting for my microwave burrito to cool down and finished before the cheese stopped being molten lava. Wish there was more. Wish there was less. I don't know. The burrito was disappointing.

Adrianne and Oliver
The gym shower scene caught me off guard. I was just clicking through, trying to get Adrianne to do some cardio, and suddenly she's pressed against the tiles with the yoga instructor. The way the game handles the cheating tag is weirdly casual, like it's just another Tuesday. You pick a dialogue option that seems innocent, maybe about stretching, and next thing you know there's a CG of two women going at it while the husband texts about dinner. I actually laughed out loud, then felt bad, then clicked the next choice anyway.
The whole thing runs on this lesson of passion system where every decision nudges Adrianne toward either her boring marriage or some new lesbian fling. But the choices don't always make sense. One minute I'm telling her to skip the gym, the next she's flirting with a barista because I picked the option about coffee. I don't know if that's bad writing or just how real bad decisions work. Probably both. The romantic tag is doing a lot of heavy lifting here because most of the time it's just horny people in workout clothes.
I wish the husband had more screen time. He's barely there, just a phone notification and a sad face in one CG. For a game about cheating, the guy you're cheating on feels like an afterthought. Also the gym setting gets repetitive fast, same treadmill, same locker room, same sweaty closeups. But then Adrianne does that thing with her ponytail and I forget what I was complaining about. The art is rough in places, hands look weird, but the faces are expressive enough to sell the awkward tension. Not a masterpiece, but it scratches a specific itch.

Fall of the Angels
Right so the whole thing is a mess of CGs and text boxes, classic Ren'Py style but it feels like someone coded it on a phone during a very horny fever dream. The art is that specific kind of hentai where the anatomy makes sense only if you squint and don't think about skeletons. But honestly? That's not the point. The point is the angel chick, Sariel I think her name was, she's got these wings that sort of phase through her clothes in one scene and nobody mentions it. I spent like five minutes just tapping back and forth trying to figure out if it was a bug or a feature. It's a feature, I guess. Magic and all that.
The writing though. Oh man. The hero guy, you pick his name, he's got this whole dilemma about leaving Earth or staying to fight the Abyssal Queen Zenera or whatever. And there's this one path where you basically tell the angels to screw off because your mom's still on Earth, and the game treats it like this huge moral failing. Like sorry I don't want my fictional mom to get eaten by shadow tentacles? The romance routes are weirdly paced too. You'll be having a normal conversation and then suddenly it's a full CG scene with fluids and everything, no buildup. Just bam. Wet sounds.
The choice system is there but it's one of those where you think you're making a big decision and then three clicks later you realize it just changed one line of dialogue and the sex scene you get is the same one anyway. Except for the true ending maybe. I didn't get it. Got bored. But the one scene with the corrupted angel form, the one where she's half transformed, that one's gonna stick in my brain for a while. Not because it's hot. Well, partly. But mostly because her expression is just. Wrong. In a way that works. Like the artist accidentally captured something real by drawing it badly. You ever see that? When a mistake loops back around to being art? Anyway the blood moon thing happens and then the game just sort of ends if you pick wrong. No resolution. Just credits. I alt-tabbed out and forgot to close it for like an hour.

Hidden Games
I wasn't sure what to expect from something that's honest enough to say it's unpolished right up front. The art is kind of rough, not in a bad way but in a "someone actually drew this and didn't smooth out every edge" way. Big tits everywhere obviously, that's the point, but they feel almost organic to the style instead of just being balloon physics tacked on.
The main character is a mess. He's got these complexes about everything and he overthinks constantly, and honestly it's a bit too real. There was this one scene where a girl laughed at something he said and the game just sits there with his internal spiral for like six screens. What bothered me though was the pacing of the romantic routes. Some girls mock him and some don't, that's what it says anyway, but the ones who tease him feel more interesting than the understanding ones. The understanding ones just kind of accept him and then the sex scene happens and it's done. Maybe that's the point? The psychology tag is doing work here but not always in ways that feel deliberate.
I kept clicking through the dialogue options trying to make him less of a disaster and the game remembers your choices but not in a branching tree way, more like it nudges how conversations flow. The visual novel structure means you're mostly reading, the CG hentai scenes unlock based on the choice paths and the detail on those is higher than the rest of the art. Sometimes the language barrier shows in the localization, a few lines sound translated, but then a genuinely good moment hits and I forgot about the rough edges.
There's this one sex scene with the girl who alternates between calling him pathetic and pulling him closer, and the way the dialogue frays at the edges of the cg was the most memorable thing about the whole experience. I wish the other routes had that same tension instead of resolving too cleanly. But that's probably not changing. The game is already what it is, floating around on a browser tab between real life responsibilities. Like finding a sticky note with an unexpectedly dirty drawing on your desk.
