This thing feels like somebody got way too horny about Pokémon cosplay and then accidentally made an actual game on top. You start in this weird little RPG setup, all chibi anime style, walking around like it’s some janky fan game from old Flash days, and then suddenly you’re arguing with a half-naked Nurse Joy cosplayer about whether she wants to be “saved” while her costume is literally getting shredded piece by piece. The tone is this goofy mix of “haha internet joke” and “ok yeah my dick is out, let’s be honest here.” It’s not pretending to be deep. You run around rooms, poke at stuff, walk into random encounters, and instead of fighting Zubat for the 300th time you’re fighting horny girls in cheap Halloween-store Pokémon costumes that get ripped more and more every time you hit the right moves. The camera zoom when the clothes hit the next rip stage is hilarious and kind of trashy in a good way, like the dev is nudging you going “yeaaah I know why you’re here.”
The combat looks simple at first, then you realize they actually put thought into it, which kinda pisses me off because I came here to coom, not to do math. Fire spell hits harder with high MP, lightning freaks out if you’re under the wrong debuff, grass gets funnier the tankier the enemy is. I was sitting there like, ok, why is my fire damage dogshit now, and only later I notice she shocked me and now I’m basically poking her with a wet noodle while she’s moaning in a torn cosplay. There’s this Eevee cosplayer that shows up like some mythical beast, not super rare but enough you feel like “oh shit, it’s her.” When you finally get the little animation and it has two parts, it’s like unlocking a dirty gif on some gacha porn app. You feel weirdly proud. Then the game spits out a shiny Nurse Joy cosplayer you can save and I just lost it. They really went full gacha-brain here: shiny rates, special portraits, topless variants, even the stupid Patreon code that flips all of them back to clothed if you type in that “friendzonedagain” thing. I laughed, then I got annoyed, then I forgot I was annoyed and kept trying to see more tits anyway.
What really caught me off guard was the shop scenes. You just wanna heal or buy stuff and instead you get a random cutscene where the shop girl is flirting in this super dorky anime way, or some cosplayer you saved earlier drops by and they do a bit. Not full sex, more like foreplay banter with boobs out. And then, boom, back to menus like nothing happened. There’s this new area after the beach that feels like the devs went “ok, people actually keep playing this tug-fest, guess we should add more rooms.” I wandered in expecting one more reskinned corridor and suddenly I’m fighting a Cubone cosplayer acting like a boss, the game won’t let you run away, and the music kicks into this fanmade Sun & Moon rival track that kind of slaps way harder than it should. It’s goofy as hell: you’re hard, you’re micromanaging mana, you’re thinking about elemental synergy while a girl in a half-destroyed skull helmet is panting at you. Also the text spacing in some menus is just slightly off and it annoyed me the whole time and they still haven’t fixed it and I don’t know why that’s the one thing my brain keeps poking at. Anyway, the whole thing is horny, messy, way more clever than it needs to be, and feels like scrolling through Newgrounds in another tab while you’ve got a hentai browser game in front. Just with more ripped cosplays and a camera that zooms in right when your self-respect zooms out.
