City of Broken Heroes feels like somebody took a Marvel movie, made the guys squishy and weak, then said “ok, but what if every woman was horny, pissed off, and had zero HR department.” It starts almost normal: you land in this neon freakshow of a city, confused, dick out, no clue how anything works. Then a seven foot tall “hero” in latex and armor collar-checks you with one hand and you realize: alright, I’m a chew toy here. The whole thing is this mix of sci-fi and magic and bdsm where you’re officially a slave, unofficially the pervy glitch in the system who doesn’t stay in his cage.

What I like is how the game makes you feel fragile and dangerous at the same time. Men are biologically weaker, so yeah, women toss you around, sit on your face like it’s a chair, use you as a dildo tester, all that. But once you start picking up these illegal powers and gear, you kind of become the city’s worst customer service complaint. One night I was sneaking through an alley to spy on one of the heroines, got caught by her twin bodyguards, and instead of a normal fight it turned into this “punishment session” where they test different toys on you between turn based combat rounds. You win the round, you get a chance to flip the table and fuck them against the wall. You lose, they edge you with handjobs and oral until you’re begging and they just laugh and walk away. I hated it. I replayed it three times.

The sex itself is very explicit, but it always feels tied to the power imbalance and not just random porn spam. One “training” scene has an older heroine, proper milf energy, using you like a stress ball while she reads reports. She sits in her huge chair, pulls your head between her tits, strokes you with lazy fingers, then without even looking at you tells another girl “see, this is why you keep men on a short leash.” Later, when you finally get strong enough, you crash her raid, blast her shields in combat, and the rematch is you pinning her, fucking that big ass into the desk while she swears she’ll collar you again. She won’t. She totally will, the game loves to remind you who runs things here. Half the fun is that whiplash: one scene you dominate a squad of monster girls, filling them one by one, creampies dripping while they worship your “hidden potential.” Next scene, a different heroine throws you on the floor, sits on your cock, rides you raw, creampie, then snaps a pic for blackmail and makes you clean her boots with your tongue. And you keep going back to that part of town anyway. That’s the vibe.

City full of capes, and you show up as the creep with zero shame and way too much free time. That is basically the energy here. No big destiny, no world saving, just you roaming around, hunting for chances to catch superheroines with their guard down and then dragging them into your filthy little orbit. It feels almost lazy on purpose: short scenes, blunt dialogue, no moral lesson anywhere. You hop from one part of the city to another, poke around, spy on girls who are supposed to be icons, and slowly turn them into your personal toys. The game really leans into that voyeur vibe. Half the fun is just catching them changing clothes, arguing in private, trying to pretend they still have control while you already know exactly how far they are going to fall. It is not subtle. You stalk them, corner them and sometimes it turns rough real fast. That mix of forced scenes and “fine, I’ll do it for money” prostitution hits pretty hard if you like your smut messy and not exactly wholesome.

Fanservice is the whole point. One moment you are watching Violet trying to act like a grown-up heroine, the next you have her on her knees, doing oral just to get out of a situation she can’t punch away from. Raven is even worse in a good way: all that dark, moody goth attitude, and you get to push past it, use her, then use her again because the game does not care about her feelings and neither do you, at least while you are playing. The contrast between their usual “untouchable” look and how the scenes treat them is what sticks. The sex is mechanical sometimes, just click here, watch another angle of the same vaginal pounding, move to the next girl, but then there will be one filthy line of dialogue or one tiny animation change that suddenly makes it feel way more degrading than you expected. I keep remembering this one short bit where a heroine glances at a window like she knows someone might be watching, and the scene never mentions it again. Is she into being watched? Is she ashamed? The game doesn’t care enough to explain, it just throws that in and leaves you sitting there feeling like an even bigger pervert. And yeah, the whole “slave” thing sneaks up on you too: first it is just a favor, then a paid fuck, then you are basically owning them and the game treats it like the most normal thing in this rotten city. It is crude, inconsistent, kind of broken as a story, but that dirt on it is exactly what makes it stick in your head after you close the tab.

First thing, this game feels like someone mashed together Pornhub search history and a political sim in Nutaku on a cracked tablet, and somehow it works way better than it should. You’re not the president, you’re the creep in the shadows tugging the strings while this poor bastard in the White House is basically your remote-controlled sex dispenser. One moment you’re forcing him to sign some “anti-drug” bill so your company can sell even stronger shit under the table, next moment you’re sending him to a “private negotiation” where he has to suck up to a foreign leader’s “secretary” who looks suspiciously like Tifa Lockhart with a bigger ass and that lazy ahegao smirk. There’s this scene where you blackmail him using a video where he gets milked by a domme that looks like a mix of Lady Dimitrescu and Lara Croft, towering over him in heels, slapping his face while he whimpers, and the game is like “approval rating down 5%” and I actually laughed because yeah, sounds American enough.

Touch controls on phone are super scuffed but in a hot way. You’re dragging dialogue options like “humiliate the president publicly” or “sell your own daughter to a lobbyist for influence” and it’s messed up, but the UI is light enough you can play with one hand on Chrome while pretending you’re checking Telegram. The scenes themselves use those 3dcg models with a lot of jiggle and shiny skin, and the camera really likes big tits and big asses. Sometimes you’re in an office corruption scene with some cyberpunk style escort that’s obviously a D.Va cosplay girl turned prostitute, sometimes it jumps hard into bestiality or tentacle stuff with no warning, like you’re in a normal blackmail route and suddenly the “experimental biotech partner” is tentacles teaching the president what “real diplomacy” is. My brain went wait, what, but my other brain already accepted it. There’s a really nasty incest subplot too, where you can push your “family protection” angle into full-on corruption, trading your own sister’s ass to a senator for votes, with a voiced line where she sobs and still moans a bit, and that hit a particular degeneracy button that Harem Hotel style games love. One thing that annoyed me: the game keeps teasing Judy Hopps and Cyberpunk 2077 style chrome hookers in ads inside the world, but doesn’t let you actually click into all of them yet, just little exhibitionism events where the president is forced to watch while you test new toys on some slave girl. Also they said no soundtrack, and yeah, it’s dead quiet, only voice and sex sounds, which weirdly makes the humiliation scenes feel more raw, like some leaked OnlyFans set, but my phone speaker clicking with every tap is still more immersion than I asked for.
