You know what's funny about Star Wars Hentai Games? Nobody really talks about how they've been around way longer than people think. Like there were these janky flash things back in the day that barely worked, and now we got actual proper star wars sex games with animation that doesn't look like it was made in MS Paint. The difference is wild honestly.
Playing through these you start noticing patterns. Every developer thinks they're being clever putting Ahsoka in some cantina scenario, or having Rey get "interrogated" by First Order troops. Some of it works really well though, especially when they actually put effort into the dialogue instead of just rushing to the sex scenes. There's this one game where you play as a Sith trying to seduce Jedi padawans and it's got this whole corruption mechanic that's actually engaging? Like you have to build relationships and make choices, not just click through menus. Wish more of them did that but most just want to get straight to the fucking. The visual novel style ones can drag on forever with exposition nobody asked for. I started one that spent twenty minutes explaining some original character's backstory before anything happened and I just alt-tabbed out.
Character customization is hit or miss. Half the games let you play as some generic self-insert dude which feels lazy, the other half actually let you pick species and gender which makes replays more interesting. There's definitely a bias toward certain characters getting way more content. Padmé shows up everywhere, Leia's in practically every game, but good luck finding anything with less popular characters. The Twi'lek obsession is real too, every single game has at least three of them. Animation quality varies stupidly between games, you'll get one with smooth mocap-style movement and the next looks like someone's first Blender project. Some developers really understand the source material and include references that make you laugh, others just slap Star Wars names on generic sci-fi porn. The parody ones that actually try to be funny while being horny usually end up better than the ones taking themselves too seriously. Physics can be absolutely broken sometimes, hair clipping through bodies, lightsabers going through walls, that kind of stuff that breaks immersion fast.
